A chardonnay-led blend offering a perfectly-balanced fuller wine than is typical in England. The roundness and softness of this wine is complimented by aromas of white peach, coconut & vanilla pod with just a touch of light toast. This is a very flexible and adaptable food pairing wine and would work well with a diversity of dishes, especially mild creamy dishes.
